Cancellation/ Rescheduling Fees
Your appointment is very important to us, and we understand occasionally alterations are required. If you need to amend your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. You can manage your appointment via the online booking system or contact us directly.
We understand emergencies can occur, but we reserve the right to deduct the £20 booking fee if cancellations/ rescheduling appointments occur within 48 hours of your appointment, despite the reason. We hope you understand this protects our business and livelihood.
It is mutually understood, if a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond our control such as power failure, unfortunate incidence, or weather conditions, we will reschedule your existing appointment and honour the £20 booking fee transfer.
Refunding a booking fee
If you have cancelled your appointment with more than 48 hours’ notice, we will reimburse the £20 booking fee to the original method of payment. Please allow 5 working days or contact us directly to issue the refund as this is not an automated service.
Illness
It is not recommended having aesthetic treatments during an active/ or recent infection (bacterial, viral, or fungal) because your immune system may be hyperactive. If you are sick, please let us know so we can reschedule your appointment accordingly but be mindful of points 2.1 and 2.2 to protect our business. Please follow latest guidelines for Covid-19. We reserve the right to refuse treatment on the day to protect you from potential complications if we identify that you are unwell.
Did not attend/ No-show.
To protect our business, we use ‘card capture’ at the point of booking. This temporarily stores your card details by a third-party secure network (we do not have access to) and will trigger an automated charge to your card for 50% of the reserved treatment cost if you do not attend. Please understand when you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business but the potential business of other patients who could have scheduled an appointment in that designated slot and therefore costs us greatly.
Gift Cards
Gift certificates are dated and expire after 12 months form the date of issue. They must be used within this time and no extensions will be given. You may donate your gift certificate to a nominated other person. Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable. Gift certificates may be redeemed against products and services in the same currency as the Gift Certificate. We are not responsible if a Gift Certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.

Products and services are subject to price change without notice. We will do our best to keep patients informed of any changes that occur. All prices include VAT.
