By booking an appointment with Nurse Led Aesthetics & Skin Clinic Limited you agree to the terms and conditions below. 

 

Booking Policy & Fees

 

1. Booking fees 

We really value our patients and ensure treatment times are specifically reserved just for you. Please be aware a £20 deposit is required to secure your preferred date/ time of appointment, which is redeemable against the final cost of treatment if you decide to proceed. However, we are a busy clinic with bills to pay and therefore reserve to right to charge the £20 deposit for the consultation time (30 minutes) even if you decide not to pursue, or are deemed unsuitable, for treatment. 

It is unusual for us to decline treatment, but we have a duty of care to ensure your safety when providing our services and therefore certain medical conditions, pregnancy, active or recent infections (including cold sores), and age restrictions may preclude you from receiving treatment, either imminently or permanently. To avoid this, please contact us with any questions prior to booking. 

 

2. Late arrivals 

We understand our/ our patients time is precious in this busy world, so we ask that you respect this and arrive on time for your appointment. We reserve the right to impose the £20 booking fee and reschedule your appointment without transferring the associated fee if you arrive more than 15 minutes late to the appointment. 

 

3. Appointments 

Please remember it is your responsibility to remember appointment dates/ times. A confirmation and reminder email will be sent to the email address provided but this is not a sufficient reason to miss an appointment.
